Dear friends,
It was wonderful to celebrate community with you during this past week of Neewollah festivities! Thaddeus and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing so many of you at “Annie” cheering on Daniel McDill as Daddy Warbucks, and marveling at all of the work Lisa Paige put in as Director! The whole cast was fabulous and we thank them for sharing their talents with us!
As the last event of October, we hope that you are able to donate candy or money for candy, or help pass out candy, at Trunk or Treat this year from 6:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday the 31st! Big thanks to Judy Crumrine for spearheading this event for the kids of the community!
For the month of November, each of our Sundays leading up to the first week of Advent will be centered on learning more about the Holy Spirit! We will also be celebrating a baptism as well as two new members being added to our congregation!
Our nursery and every toy in there have been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new kiddos! Big thank you to Pam and her helpers for this effort! Invite your friends and families with kids to check out the space and come to worship. And in this month when we focus on our gratitude, I am so grateful that we will be sharing a meal and fellowship together after worship on November 16th thanks to the generosity of the congregational life committee.
We enjoyed our first craft session together in October, and we look forward to seeing you at this month’s session at 4 pm on Thursday, November 20th!
May we all be inspired by the Spirit to bring more love and joy into one another’s lives!
